Interior Cargo Platform - 2015-2021 Chevy Colorado or Canyon Extended-Cab

NOTE: This listing is NOT for factory seats, it is for a cargo platform that sits above the stock seats. Too many ebay'rs have asked about SEATS.
So, you got an extended cab Colorodo and then realized the rear compartment suffers from a nearly unusable backseat area. The seats are child-size, short seat pan, with a center storage and drink-holder area, that makes hauling dogs or groceries nearly impossible.
This is the solution! A flat load floor, hinged support leg, that provides a secure and level area for your groceries, camping gear, golf clubs, guns, or dogs!
If you actually need to use the seats it easily folds up and can be removed, it weighs approximately 15lbs, and can fold up out of the way to access the truck's under-seat storage cubbies.
Constructed of cabinet-grade birch or okume-faced half-inch plywood, with a piano hinge, and covered with black recycled 9oz automotive carpet. The color is nearly the same as any black-interior Colorado or Canyon. I do not currently have a tan cover for the light interior on some Canyons. The color is close enough to the stock carpet that you won't notice it once installed. The factory carpet color is actually a very dark gray. The surfaces that show when it is installed are covered, the underside has the veneer plywood face showing.
The top depth is 18" from the back-pad of the backseat to the front, leaving enough room for seat-track travel to accommodate drivers up to about six feet tall. If you are taller we can recess behind either driver or passenger seat, or both, to provide enough seat track length. The backs of the driver and passenger seat have a lot of foam and give to them, so even reclining some is possible with the platform installed. Just indicate your height and pants leg length and we'll custom-fit it for you. And tell us if you want just the driver side notched like in the photos for more legroom on both driver and passenger sides. Some folks like them to be symmetrical but it's not mandatory.
These are custom made by hand to order, and shipped within a few days or after a weekend. These have been sold on the owners forum for the past five years with great success, now offering them here on Ebay.
