Vintage Jack Daniels Old No 7 Whiskey Tin Embossed box. This is one of the older models. The back has no barcode and more information, listing the name of the tin box maker: Hudson Scott & Sons, "Manufacturers of Tin Boxes since 1886", Carlisle, England
It features the paper insert still in great condition with no stains or tears. The box could use a good cleaning. It's been in a box for years. I wiped it with water but no soap for fear of washing away the paint.
